    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Take full charge of accounts on B2C platforms of cross-border e-commerce (Amazon, Aliexpress, Wish, New Egg, Shopify, etc.), develop operation strategies, plan and implement operations;
    2. Familiar with various policies and systems of the platform, skilled in operating various promotion and marketing channels;
    3. Familiar with advertising and the use and optimization of various marketing tools; Carry out marketing activities for different promotion channels, coordinate various resources to cooperate with the implementation, have effective judgment on the promotion of commodities, timely follow up the promotion effect, and put forward adjustment Suggestions according to the promotion effect;
    4. Responsible for product selection, shelf management, marketing optimization management, online store sales, email correspondence, market research and analysis, sales strategy formulation, etc
    5. Pay attention to the competitive market of platform categories, analyze category data, and adjust operation and sales strategies according to the data
    6. Make use of social channels such as Facebook and Twitter to promote the brand and improve the brand awareness
    7. Contact popular groups and network experts on foreign social platforms for cooperative promotion.
    8. Analyzed the sales status of products, generated purchase demand report, and provided it to the procurement and warehouse for replenishment plan
    9. According to business development needs, gradually build overseas sales team, and formulate corresponding incentives and assessment
    Job Requirements:

    1.3-5 years or above cross-border e-commerce operation experience; More than one year team management experience, leading the overseas sales department organizational structure, incentive, commission and other rules and regulations;
    2. Experience in successful operation of cross-border e-commerce businesses with annual turnover of more than $5 million
    3. Entrepreneurial spirit, high business sense of responsibility, strong stress tolerance.
    4. Proficient in operating Amazon or other mainstream e-commerce platforms in the United States and Europe.
    5. Familiar with personal care appliances, beauty equipment and other emerging small household appliances.
    6. Have industry-related resources and contacts, have an in-depth understanding of the current situation of cross-border e-commerce industry and competitive products;
    7. Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English;
    8. Good coordination and communication skills, able to work across departments and multiple lines.
